Refund Policy
At JKS Business Solutions, I am committed to providing professional, accurate, and dependable bookkeeping services. Because my services involve time, expertise, and customized work, refunds are handled as follows.
Initial Consultation
Complimentary consultations are provided at no charge. Schedule your consultation using the link in the header. Consultations scheduled online are conducted via Google Meet. Should you prefer an in-person meeting, please call or email me to schedule.
One-Time Services
For one-time or project-based services, fees are usually charged at a flat rate and are due according to the terms outlined in an engagement agreement, which will be signed before services begin.

Once work has started, refunds are generally not available for services already performed. If a project is canceled before completion, any refund will be based on the portion of work that has not yet been completed.
Catch-Up & Ongoing Bookkeeping Services
Catch-up and ongoing bookkeeping services are provided at an hourly rate, unless otherwise determined in the engagement agreement. Clients may discontinue hourly bookkeeping services at any time by providing written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services performed through the effective termination date.
